  • Studied approved Annual Road Maintenance Programs, Integrated Annual Plans, and budget allocations.

  • Developed performance indicators and sub-indicators for the evaluation of road maintenance works and assigned appropriate weightage to indicators based on importance.

  • Prepared standard formats, checklists, and field data collection tools; presented and finalized the M&E framework in consultation with Roads Board Nepal.

  • Conducted field monitoring and site visits across municipalities and rural municipalities according to Terms of Reference (TOR) coverage.

  • Verified road sections, maintenance locations, and quantities against approved programs and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).

  • Assessed compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, standards, norms, and sound engineering practices.

  • Recommended and reviewed laboratory and field tests where required.

  • Reviewed financial records, payments, fund utilization, and verified compliance with the Public Procurement Act, Public Procurement Regulation, and Roads Board guidelines.
